Shrikhand is a sweet made from Curd. Curd is made from Milk, Deriving its name from the Sanskrit word for “Milk”. It Originated from ancient India. It is most liked in India's Gujarat and Maharashtra states, it is also known as "Chakka".
To make Shrikhand we need curd. Taking the curd in a cloth is to take out water. It will take about 3-4 hours to get water out. If the water is drained out of curd, then there is a lot of thick curd left in the clothes.
Now take out the thick curd in the bowl. Add a powdered Sugar And Mixed. Now let the saffron paste a little. And add saffron into the warm milk. Saffron will drop its color and taste Immediately in the Milk. Now mix saffron Milk, cardamom, and cashew nuts in the Curd. do such fridge. And Shrikhand is Ready to Eat.
