Cookie cake with condensed milk

Ingredients

  • 150 g of butter;
  • 180 g of boiled condensed milk;
  • 250 grams of shortbread cookie;
  • ½ tiles of chocolate.

Preparation

Whisk butter and condensed milk until smooth. Break the cookies and lightly crush the tempest. There should be small pieces to make the cake look more beautiful in the cut.

Mix all the ingredients and put them in a mold with a removable bottom. If you do not have it, put the sweet mass in a saucepan or other deep container covered with food film so that the edges hang. So it will be easier for you to extract the cake.

Rub the chocolate on a grater, decorate the cake with it and put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
