incredible! I eat a similar dish when I visit my wife's family in Bangkok. We eat grilled pork neck with a fiery hot sauce of chilies, lime, cilantro and shallot. I have only eaten wild boar once when we hunted one in the States. The boar meat is very tasty.

For the wild boar we smoked the legs, made bacon from the belly and cut the loin into steaks and fried them and served the loin with mustard sauce. was a great meal.

This one..no.. I buy the meat from my cousin who is a hunter,everyweek he goes hunting..i have'nt go hunting for quite some time after been run over by a wild boar..its very aggresive after been shot once but didnt go down...my cousin the hunter shot the second then its go down..bad experience..
