Pavlova is a soft cake, delicate, pretty easy to make and delicious. It is a dessert that you can prepare quite quickly, even if you are announcing unexpected guests for a few hours. Or you can make the meringue before a day or more to serve it.
I still have not found a perfect recipe, in my opinion, but I will still try to find it. Cream is very good, but meringue it's where I'd like to improve something. If you ever tried to make pavlova, you can share with me your recipe. Until then I let you see how mine came out.
