Today I present a cake with fruit that I made recently.
Because it's winter and fruit assortment is not so rich, I had to combine several kinds of fruit, although usually do not like to mix many ways. I used orange, kiwi, pomegranate seeds, raspberries and currants.
Although at first I was not too excited to put all kinds of fruit on top, in the end, I can say that I was really excited about what came out. I liked that it was colorful, just the celebrated wanted.
