Berries smoothie

I start my day with a glass of vitamins! This glass contains: raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, banana and soy milk powder. This mixture is called smoothie.
A smoothie can be an easy way to give your body the essential nutrients. It's easy to do. All you need is a blender, fruits and water, milk or yoghurt.
For many people,including myself, smoothie is a great way to improve our health.

The berries are good - but avoid soy at all cost. Try almond, hemp, or coconut milk instead. Soy can cause health problems.
