Today I will show you a very good cake. It's a simple one with carob instead of cocoa, which gives a special smell in the house while baking. It can be simple or with fruits in countertop.
I chose to make it simple and add jam above, for decor I put lavender and almond flakes. That's all. Oh, and I have enjoyed with great appetite!
