I love this sandwich or as a salad as well. This one is Udi's Gluten free rolls and they are really great! They actually taste and look like a real french bread roll! I heat mine up in the oven with mozzarella melted on top... The salad is simply a pack of Gluten free imitation crab meat with 2 tbs. Kraft Real Mayo, a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of Italian seasoning, Fresh Basil and Rosemary and three large green onions, diced.....a little salt and pepper and you're done! This sandwich was really tall! I had to smush it down to eat it, haha! It is a very light and refreshing lunch!

Don't get me wrong, I love imitation crab meat, but it is made of fish, and I'm certain those are animals.

Most Vegetarians I know eat fish. Although there are many Non- Fish- eating Vegetarians. Also, I know there is cheese in this recipe as well here so this would not be vegan at all. The main thing is it's Gluten free and imitation crab meat is new! It's delicious too- gluten free people rejoice, lol!
