Today I want to share special snack with you for the entry of food photography challenge.
今天想跟大家分享特别的小食—纸片牛肉作为食物挑战赛作品。
这是我在成都锦里吃到的现做小食，炉具简单，食材原汁原味，米糊加上牛肉碎末，浇在炉具上烤制成薄片，故而得名纸片牛肉。
烤制好后，卷成蛋卷状，用的是简易包装，每袋三个，吃起来脆脆的，比薯片脆多了，而且有一种香甜的口感，就是量少，要吃上十多袋才会过瘾，原味小食—纸片牛肉，值得推荐，欢迎到成都品尝。
