柿子具有清热、润肺、生津、解毒的功效,柿子含有丰富的蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素C、瓜氨酸、碘、钙、磷、铁。但是也不能多吃,不要空腹吃柿子,柿子宜在饭后吃。不妨现在品尝一个。
