Estimados componentes de esta hermosa comunidad de steemit, siempre o la mayoría de las veces nos sentimos como reprimidos de no poder degustar de aquello que tanto nos agrada, como en este caso que se trata de la masa fina, sabemos muy bien que si queremos mantener una dieta sana, lo primordial es no abusar de lo que seria un permitido de ves en cuando, porque todo pasa por el exceso de las calorías, si nos excedemos con las mismas, es mas que seguro que no bajaríamos de peso, pero como bien dije es bueno a veces el de tener un permitido, eso nos hace equilibrar un poco a nuestro organismo, de todas maneras podemos rescatar cosas positivas lo digo por el hecho de que algunas de las masas son con nueces por ejemplo y la misma es muy buena para la salud por sus beneficios, también tenemos el coco rallado, las guindas, el maní, etc., es por eso como dije de ves en cuando no siempre o muy seguido podemos degustar las mismas.

Bueno en este caso el propósito es de tener y degustar dichas masas con la merienda, el factor principal es no abusar como dije, por eso la conducta no solamente en este caso si no en todo lo que comemos debe de tener un rol fundamental para nuestra salud.
