if you are suffering about your workout special drinks and you do not know what to eat ,this recipe below is for you to make your day special and give you all what you need for a happy workout time .
Ingredients

2 organic (sweet) apple, cored, keep peeling
2 cup frozen red grapes
2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/2 cup kefir, plain, fat free
1/2 cup chilled green tea, unsweetened, home brewed is best
ice cubes
Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add amount of ice according to thickness preferre
enjoy.
