DRESSING BY MAYO

The basic ingredients of making mayonnaise are just few simple ingredients, but why does it taste so DELICIOUS ????All you need are two large egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, a pinch of white pepper, and 1 cup  vege oil ....that's it...You just have mix all ingredients together until flaffy.

Other than as a dressing can also be called as a sauce, depending on what food they served with ....When the Base raw then called Dressing..... when it's has been cooked then we call it Sauce

Variations of mayonnaise

Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients: mayonnaise, chili sauce, boiled egg yolk, chopped onion, chopped pickles, chopped green peppers, lemon juice, salt and sugar

Dill Sauce

Ingredients: mayonnaise, dill leaf, lemon juice.

Tartar Sauce

Ingredients: mayonnaise, onion, capers drained, pickled gherkins, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, parsley chopped.

Dijonnaise Sauce

Ingredients: mayonnaise, mustard, dijon, garlic, lemon juice, salt.

Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients: mayonnaise, curry spices, radishes, peppers, anchovies, capers.
