Ordering Pizza every time can get expensive and storing a frozen pizzas take up the space in the freezer.
In this post you can learn how to make your own pizza from scratch in the microwave in a matter of minutes.
To make the pizza, you will need a coffee cup (or any other microwave safe dish) and the following ingredients for an individual pizza.
All purpose flour (4 spoons)
Baking powder (1/8 teaspoon)
Baking soda (1/8 teaspoon)
Salt (1/16 teaspoon)
Milk (about 3 tablespoons)
Olive or Grape seed oil (1 tablespoon)
Tomato sauce (preferably marinara) – 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese (shredded -- about 1 tablespoon)
Pepperoni – based on the size (4-5 mini pieces)
Basil or Oregano (dried ingredients) – ½ teaspoon
-- Mix all dry ingredients in the coffee cup (flour, basking powder, basking soda and salt).
-- Then add milk and oil and mix ingredients together.
-- Spread a tablespoon of tomato/Marinara sauce on top of the dough
-- Then add the cheese, arrange pepperoni and add your dry herbs
-- Microwave for about 1 to 1.5 minutes (you will see the dough rise and bubble). Cooking is based on 1200W, so be sure to check our settings as these may vary.
