Today Rena finally made something all by herself, we decided to make the Japanese style tofu rice cake. less ingredient, fun to shape, simple taste, but healthy and cute!

Ingredients
basic dough
Silk tofu 55g 嫩豆腐 55g
Gluteniou rice flour 50g 糯米粉 50g
flavour
vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
Black sesame 1 tsp
Cranberry sauce 1tsp
We choose to make vanilla,black sesame, and cranberry flavour. Green tea or chocolate works great as well.
Combine tofu and glutinous rice flour, mix well until you can make a soft and smooth dough,if your dough is too dry, just add a little more tofu to make it soft enough.
混合豆腐和糯米粉直到揉成面团,面团需要稍软,如果感觉太干就少加些豆腐。
Divede the dough into ten little balls, and push a bit in the middle. Add into boiling water, once they floated to the top, about 2minutes they are done.
面团分成十个小圆球 压扁 中间按压个洞 滚水煮到浮起来大约2分钟就完成了

I am not a fan of the traditional sauce Mitarashi,which is a mixture of soy sauce and sugar and Milin. So we just use honey ,caramel and icing sugar.
我们都不太喜欢传统搭配的酱汁mitarashi 所以我直接用了蜂蜜 焦糖 和糖粉。
