Today I’d like to share a simple recipe for Roasted Cauliflower Bites. I hope you like it!
This recipe goes great as a side dish for any occasion or even as a healthy bite sized snack.
You don’t have to be a cauliflower lover, to enjoy this recipe - once the edges become brown it gives it a fine crispy texture with a delicious caramelized taste which takes this vegetable to a whole new level.
It’ll be eaten in seconds!

Roasted Cauliflower Bites
1 head of cauliflower broken into florets
1/4 -1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
A sprinkle of fresh or dried parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C.- Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a cup.
- Place the florets in a bowl, pour the sauce on top and mix together until all the florets are slightly coated (u can also brush them).
- Spread the florets out onto a single layer on a roasting pan or baking dish.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned.
- Serve hot or cold and ENJOY every bite!

They look very tasty! I've just gone #vegan so this looks like something I'll try for sure. As a bloke I tend to lean towards the easiest possible cooking 😄 Do you think the kids will like it? I'd love my kids to choose themselves to go vegan or at least eat more veggies.
