Cookies - the sweetest thing but cookies & cream is extravagantly the most yummylicious!
Hello my Steemian friends! Today we're making this yummylicious Cookies & Cream No Churn Ice Cream- the creamiest thing for these summer days.
It's been a hot summer this month and I'm thinking indulging with ice cream desserts is the best thing on earth. Whether you're staying at home or out in the beach soaking under sun and with a glass of this cookies & cream thing. Uh-ow it's like heaven on earth.
For this recipe you don't need an ice cream maker. If you have a blender at home or Vitamix if possible, then making this recipe is just so easy and quick.
Drop in all the ingredients to the blender, pulse and dunk your oreos then tadaaa it's done! Give it few hours in the fridge and you can enjoy this dessert right from your kitchen.
So here's the magic recipe! Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 100 g whip cream
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 pack oreo cookies ( crumbled)
DIRECTIONS
- Add 2 pcs oreo cookies in a blender then add remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth in consistency.
- Add remaining crumbled oreos into the blender and mix using a spoon.
- Pour ice cream mixture into a container and top with oreos.
- Refrigerate overnight.

I have to be honest with you guys. I don't really call it vain but I am just addicted to watch my food videos. It feels like a meditation for me. It is basically the sound and art in the kitchen. The sound of the fork, the spoon, the knife, the cutting board, the water, the mixing, the squeezing, the blending and everything in it sounds like in a grand symphony: a kitchen live music.
