Cucumber Kimchi

Ingredients

  • The leaves of chives sufficiently.
  • Carrots cut lengthwise.
  • Thinly slice 1 onion
  • 1 a tablespoon fine salt
  • 1 a tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 a tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 a tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 garlic coarsely chopped
  • 7 small size cucumber, cut into 4
  • Little water

How to process:

  • Rub the cucumber with fine salt and leave 1 hour
  • Dispose of contents in cucumber, cucumber smeared then rinse with clean water salt
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Enter the ingredients into a cucumber that has been be split
  • Enter in tupperware and save it in order to produce sourness

Ready-to-eat. Suitable enjoyed with rice or roasted chicken / roasted fish
