Today's lunch - Ukrainian dish - borscht
Made by me is identical to the one made by my grandmother.
It's red - fragrant .... delicious.

Components:

  • 4 red beetroots
  • leaves of parsley
  • beans
  • carrot
  • cream
  • potatoes
  • vegetable broth
  • pepper, salt

Pour the beans over the water for the night and prepare.
Beets peel and wash thoroughly. Three beetroots grate on medium-sized grater and cut one piece into pieces. Potatoes peel and cut into cubes - while carrots peeled and cut into slices.

All toss in a pot and add three cubes of broth - vegetable. Fill water with pot over vegetable level. However, we do not pour too much water! If we pour too much then we will not get red. We cook for 40 minutes on low heat. In the meantime we throw beans, cream and pepper in the borscht.

Ready to pour on the plate and decorate with parsley.
