Today I decided to share with you another paleo recipe, very healthy and quite tasty, believe me !!

Estamos nos inicio de um novo ano e nada melhor que começar este ano em grande, mudando a vossa dieta alimentar para uma dieta mais saudável e rica em nutrientes. Aqui têm uma boa dica. Experimentem, não se vão arrepender!!

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • shredded coconut without sugar
  • coconut or brown sugar

Directions:

  • Knead the bananas with a fork, add the eggs, milk, sugar and mix well.

  • Then add the oat flakes, grated coconut and baking powder.

  • Line a shape with butter and flour, then put the coconut sugar in the bottom and the coconut grated, cut a banana into slices and distribute in the bottom, finally put the mixture in the form.

  • Bake at 180 ° C for 30 min.

    1 chávena de leite de côco
    1 chávena de flocos de aveia
    1 colher de chá de fermento
    côco ralado se açúcar

açúcar de côco ou mascavado

Preparação:

*Amassar as bananas com um garfo, juntar os ovos, o leite, o açúcar e misturar bem.

*De seguida juntar os flocos de aveia, o côco ralado e o fermento.

*Forrar uma forma com manteiga e farinha, depois colocar o açúcar de côco no fundo e o côco ralado, cortar uma banana às fatias e distribuir pelo fundo, por fim colocar a mistura na forma.

*Levar ao forno a 180°C durante 30 min.

That looks delicious !!! As a health coach myself I know it's not easy to find alternatives to Paleo desserts . Keep up the great work !!!

Paleo desserts are out there for sure. :) Just not always super easy to find, and the recipes usually require careful examination for actual Paleo ingredients vs mostly Paleo.

Looks delish, but oat flakes and baking powder definitely aren't Paleo, and while coconut sugar is debatable, brown sugar is certainly not. Still, I bet it was super tasty!
