Esta semana pediram-nos para fazer um bolo especial para uma academia de dança. E mais uma vez superamos o desafio que nos foi proposto. Este bolo tal como os outros não contém glúten, nem açúcares refinados. É um bolo com recheio e cobertura lateral de chocolate preto e em cima levou um creme de cajus.

Hello everyone!
This week we were asked to make a special cake for a dance academy. And once again we have overcome the challenge that has been proposed to us. This cake just like the others does not contain gluten, nor refined sugars. It is a cake with filling and side cover of black chocolate and on top it took a cream of cashews.
