Beans, is really the best food ever, it is the food i eat whenever im stressed out. If you wanna chase me out of my comfort zone just consider cooking this will rice of about 30%. Then kuboskeey is out of his comfort zone already...

I forgot to mention, if the day before cooking bean soaked in water, then is "production of gases" drastically decreased.

Do I ask whenever I wanna defeacate? Urinate? No, so I've got no reason to ask any fucking body before I pass out gasses. Afterall, it good for them. My gas is supernatural, when you inhale it, you are free from cancer. Hahaha

Yes.
Gas after meals comes due to the inability of the organism to digest complex chemical compounds - ogliosaharids ( not digestibles, sugars).
These compounds are soluble in water.
When the water is gone
(and starts to boil the beans),
the proportion of ogiosaharid is significantly smaller,
and therefore the intensity of the gas is smaller.

Great post, I didn't know these things about bean! Also, beans are great because you can combinate them with almost every food. I think that everybody need to eat food like this because sometimes we unfortunately don't know what exactly we are eating.
