In South Africa they have a food item called a Vetkoek which directly translated means fatcake. I have never had one as I just don't like the concept. basically it is a giant doughnut and filled with whatever takes your fancy. In Natal where I used to live it would be more commonly filled with curried mice.
In Johannesburg where I now live they take it a level up for all the cholesterol lovers. The specialty is called a bulldozer and maybe should be called a gravedigger.This is what goes inside the greasy fatcake
1 burger patty,some cheese, chicken mayonnaise, 1 Russian sausage,ham,bacon,1 egg, tomato,onion and some lettuce . The lettuce makes it a little healthier I suppose. If you didn't have heart issues and cholesterol problems, this would sure help you get their fast.
As you can see from the photo above it doesn't even look appetizing.
Just the thought of that all mixed into one would make me feel sick. It reminds me of a pizza place in England that had a pizza called the dog's bollocks which was a bit of everything thrown on top.

Howdy sir cryptoandcoffee! What, now you're a health nut? lol. Hey I would try that one if it didn't have the sausage but I don't know what chicken mayonnaise is either. Other than those two ingredients I think it would taste good with a beer.
