I introduce myself Dove, butcher of trade and fan of everything related to the food and the good products that mother nature offers us.
-I plan to share with you my know-how and give you tips for "better eating".
I would also like to talk about my point of view in relation to the animal cause and the disappointments of the agri-food industry.
-Having worked in several sectors of this field (craft, retail ...) I want to help consumers to choose their meat, and especially to consume it in a reasonable and responsible way.
-I hope also to redouble the blazon of a trade that is too often denigrated and to show you that butchers are not bloodthirsty savages.
- And finally I would post regularly recipe ideas (with or without meat) to help you in your everyday meals.
