Hey folks @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Allspice. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.

The active ingredients in the fragrance contain chemical ingredients that eliminate inflammation, making it an ideal fragrance for gout, arthritis, muscle pain or acne. It also has some painkilling constituents that can decrease the pain of injury or surgical recovery.

The soothing and scrubbing effects of allspice organic components make it perfectly tranquil in the belly and promote vigorous digestion. Eugenol found in allspice can eliminate digestive problems. The anti-inflammatory effect of allspice further reduces blemishes, which can promote the entire digestion process.

I don't use much allspice, but I made this Jamaican jerk rub that required allspice. Very unique taste and of course the health benefits are great!
