GINGER

I assume you know exactly what ginger is. I also want to believe that you have at one time or the other eaten it, either raw or as part of your meal.


What I'm not so sure, however, is whether you know the medicinal properties of ginger and how helpful they can be to your health if you stick to proper proportion daily.

Let's briefly talk about that!

The medicinal properties of ginger are mainly due to its antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, as well as content of therapeutic compounds like gingerol, shogaol, paradol and zingerone.

So what in good ways can this ginger be consumed?

Ginger is mainly used to spice up diet. It can be used in fresh, dried, grounded, capsule and juice form.

It is easy to be added to the diet and can have a lasting impact on various aspects of health.

So as part of my Sunday recommendations, I'm urging you to give ginger a shot. You will certainly be happy you did.
