I have found many easy edible plants over my time. When i say easy it's means easily found growing wild so no need to start planting. This purslane has vitamins A B C and omega-3. I have been able to find this plant in many corners of the world mostly growing on sidewalks. I hope this finds the hungry people begging for food on the same sidewalks.
