I'd like to take a minute to just point out how odd our regulatory environment is that my meat for the week is sourced from New Zealand... I live in the US. Regardless, I am extremely happy that I have options on sourcing my game meat (hunting for personal consumption being the common one in the US due to market hunting regulations).
