Ningnangan is a Kapampangan word that means grill. This Restaurant originated in Pampanga and spawned branches in nearby provinces after becoming famous for their unusual set-up.
The restaurant has a mini market where you can choose and buy the food you'd like for them cook. They have a wide variety of seafood to choose from - crabs, prawns, mussels, tilapia, tuna, salmon, maya-maya & more - and you can have them cooked whichever way you like. Other types of meat are also offered and you also can have them cooked in the manner of your choosing. Fresh fruits are available but they usually just have mangoes most of the time. We like them green and crispy, that go well with any grilled food.
Funside Ningnangan has two branches in Bulacan; one in Malolos, and the other in Pulilan. Although their Malolos branch is near our residence, we prefer the one in Pulilan because it's not so crowded. The place is also well-maintained and the staff are always pleasant.
Whenever we crave for grilled whatever, there is only one place for us - Funside Ningnangan!

WOW! Really fresh seafood! Grilled prawns is my most favorite. It's a good idea that they have mangoes with the grilled food.... I like them green and crispy, too! I would love to visit this restaurant someday! ;)
