Este es uno de los postres más ricos y sencillos que podemos hacer en casa cuando tenemos ganas de endulzar nuestro día, es por ello que es el favorito de muchos niños, jóvenes y adultos. Un dato importante es que su lugar de origen es Inglaterra.
Me atrevería a decir que cualquiera puede hacer este delicioso postre, lo primero que deben hacer es buscar fresas frescas y de buena calidad para que nuestra preparación quede perfectamente.
En lo personal, me encantan con crema chantilly, que viene siendo una crema de leche que se bate con azúcar y luego se le agrega un poco de esencia de vainilla.
Cuando se tiene lista nuestra crema, se pican las fresas y se ponen en un vaso para así decorarlo como mejor nos parezca, así que dejemos volar nuestra imaginación.
En algunos casos se le añade leche condensada, sirope de chocolate y por supuesto de fresa.
Y en tal caso que nos quede un poco de crema chantilly y tengamos frutas en nuestra nevera, podemos picar algunas de ellas para así obtener una deliciosa ensalada de frutas con un toque de crema chantilly y helado.
