Oggi ho deciso di mostrarvi questa meraviglia di semplicità e bontà, unità ad una "piccola" dose di fritto, il tutto su una piadina appena riscaldata.
Piatto composto da pepi patate e melanzane fritti uniti ad un wurstel e una sottiletta di formaggio fuso!
Solo a guardarla mi viene voglia di sbranarla!
Ah naturalmente è quello che ho fatto subito dopo aver scattato le foto.
"Pipi e patati" è un piatto tipico della mia terra, la Calabria, infatti appena ne ho l'occasione faccio una bella mangiata, oggi ho voluto unire la tradizione con un po' di praticitá, spero possiate apprezzare anche se solo in foto
