we call it in different terms such as puto bongbong, suman, budbod, puto maya, bibingka, those are the most common. generally, the whole delicacy term is addressed as kakanin. when we go to other regions, we often ask what are the 'kakanin' there, that could be glutinous rice delicacy.

Oo .., there are many terms that mention the name of this food in your country 😅
In my country, this food has only one name, but this food, in Indonesia only in some areas, one in Aceh.
In your country, how to cook it, is it also burned using bamboo?

i am not sure if some of them were cooked inside a bamboo.☺️

😄
Have you never made this meal yourself?

our version is with coconut milk, ginger, and sugar :) wrapped in banana leaves😁

Our version is also wrapped inside a banana leaf, but banana leaves are placed into bamboo, so the sticky rice is put into bamboo that contains banana leaf 😊
