Lagyan ng tanglad, sibuyas, pineapple chunk, tuyo at asukal, madali lang naman itong luto-in, at lutoin hangang sa yung kanyang meat ay malaput na. At ready to serve na. Happy lunch time diko kasi masiyado alam ang lahat ng ingredbts kasi husband ko ang nagluto nito, masarap kasi siya magluto ng kahit anung ulam.
