上周末天氣冷，懷念起麻辣鍋，帶小孩去店裡很麻煩又吃不愉快，乾脆外帶鍋底回家。選擇了「詹記麻辣火鍋」，據說是新竄起的火鍋，但似乎也不是很新了？不懂，我只要好吃就好。本來是要買老四川的，據說是老店家...

外帶鍋底必須搭配買一定食材，我們買了牛肚跟大腸，然後再到家裡附近超市買其他食材... 你看看，是不是看起來超可口啊？味道也很棒，那天剛好特別冷，吃到我不要不要的（其實這是什麼意思我到現在還不能很精確掌握...沒用錯吧？@@）

等外帶時，看到店內生意火爆，但還是回家吃好，洗碗洗鍋也甘願~~~~ 沒有拍店內照片，放幾張官網照片給你看。^__^ 刷錢不喊倦了~~~~

                                                                  看來兩岸火鍋料差異是有的。在台灣，玉米是火鍋料常客，辣鍋或不辣都一樣。就像是我以前在海外，跟大陸朋友吃才知道，你們會放土豆片（台灣稱馬鈴薯，切薄片），我第一次看到也很驚訝，但後來就愛上了！：）
