- 500 gr Nangka muda (gori)
- 5 bh telur
- 100 gr kacang tunggak/merah
- Daun jati (gak pakai)
- kerupuk kulit/krecek secukupnya.
- 1000ml Santan encer(kira2)*maaf ga ditakar -300 ml santan ketal(kira2)

- 1 sdm Lada
- 1 sdm ketumbar
- 6 buah kemiri
- 4 buah bawang putih
- 1cm jahe
- Gula pasir, sesuai selera
- Kaldu bubuk, 1 sachet
- garam, secukupnya
- kencur, secukupnya

- 3 lembar salam
- 2 batang serai
- 2 cm Laos, geprek .

- Bersihkan nangka cuci lalu rebus nangaka, telur, kacang tunggak pakai daun jati, Biar hasil gudegnya cokat. Kalau gak ada daun jati masih bisa bikin gudeg kok , sisihkan angakat, bilas Lalu remas nagka.

- Tumis pakai minyak bumbu halus, setelah harum masukan air(sedikit)lalu masukan telur rebus dan bumbu geprek
- Setelah itu masukan nangka yg telah direbus, masukan santan encer, masukan kacang tunggak, krupuk kulit masak hingga mendidih air surut korekasi rasa, angkat. Beri taburan bawgor...sajikan
