bahan;

  • 300 gram ikan kembung, cuci dan bersihkan
  • 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • 2 lembar daun kunyit
  • 2 batang serai, memarkan
  • 3 sdm daun kemangi
  • 2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
  • daun pisang secukupnya, untuk menumis

bumbu yang dihaluskan;

  • 2 sdm bawang putih iris
  • 3 sdm bawang merah iris
  • 6 sdm irisan cabai merah
  • 1 sdt jahe
  • 1 sdt kunyit
  • 7 butir kemiri

cara membuat;

  1. lumuri ikan kembung dengan air garam dan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 30 menit.
  2. tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan, serai, dan daun jeruk hingga keluar aroma. masukkan daun kemangi, daun kunyit, serta ikan. aduk rata lalu angkat.
  3. bentangkan daun pisang, bungkus ikan beserta bumbunya. sisihkan.
