cara membuat;
- bersihkan cumi,buang sebagian tintanya, cuci dan tiriskan. panaskan minyak gorengdi dalam wajan anti lengket, goreng cumi kecil hingga kering, tiriskan.
- panaskan kembali minyak goreng baru di dalam wajan antilengket. tumis bumbu yang sudah di haluskan, kecap manis, daun salam, dan lengkuas,hingga keluar aroma harum.
- masukkan cumi goreng, gula pasir, dan mayones. kecilkan api, masak hingga cumi rata terbalut bumbu, angkat. hidangkan.
