bahan;
- 150 gram rajungan segar (bersihkan, cuci, belah dua)
- 3 buah tomat matang (rendam air panas, kupas, saring)
- 50 gram kacang polong siap pakai
- 500 ml kaldu
bumbu yang dihaluskan;
- 1 sdt irisan cabai merah
- 1 sdm irisan bawang putih
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt merica
- 1 sdm gula pasir
pelengkap saji;
- roti bantal goreng
cara membuat;
- rebus kaldu dan semua bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, masak hingga keluar aroma harum.
- masukkan rajungan segar aduk-aduk. biarkan mendidih kembali. tuangi air tomat, kecilkan api. masukkan kacang polong, biarkan sekali lagi mendidih, angkat.
- hidangkan rajungan tomat pedas di dalam mangkuk selagi panas beserta roti bantal goreng.
