Fried Fermented Cassava by me

Hello, friends especially foodies!

Sometimes I cook snacks for us, like recently I did.

To make it was quite simple, just made the dipping dough, cut the fermented cassava then fried them.

The result had crunchy outer skin, smooth and soft inside. For the flavour, it had sweet flavour. Love it.
