Hello, friends especially foodies!
Recently I made for our lunch, sour veggie soup. Like the name it cooked with tamarind. I needed the veggies like corn, long beans, and others for this dish.
I didn’t fry any of the ingredients, all were boiled, here some of the process
After it finished, it had sweet, sour and savory flavour and it tasted better in room temperature condition.
