I like frozen desserts.. But they come at a prize. Most frozen desserts are packed with calories that a couch potato like me won't burn by just going through most of the day's activities.
I also like yogurt (also spelled yoghurt, or yoghourt in some literature). These are said to be a healthy derivative of fermentation of milk. After the bacteria does its magic on the milk, yogurt is what is left.
Lately I discovered this dessert kiosk located in Glorieta, in the Ayala business district in Makati, near my place of work. The kiosk sells frozen yogurt, or froyo (in short). It is having the best of both worlds -- frozen desert with the health benefits!
One of the things that caught my attention, aside from the froyo they sell is a painting that hang on the wall next to the cashier. This tickled my fancy and I snapped a picture of the caption of the painting, see below.
The caption reads: "Life is Short, Eat Dessert First". Now why haven't I thought of that before?
Being a store that sells desserts, it really does promote their product. Not to mention their froyo is amazing! If you happen to drop by the Glorietta area in Makati, their froyo is to die for. And you also get to see this painting in person.

I believe in eating dessert first, and frozen yogurt is fabulous. I don't care about the calories any more, I've earned the right to eat whatever I like! :)

aha.. like minded fellow. froyo is the bomb, and you can enjoy it without the guilt afterwards.
yes, i do play clash of clans from time to time. i curate my clan's fab defense (0-star) and excellent attack (3-stars). don't worry i will take a snap of the man with the chocolate face when i visit the desert place.
