Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup soaked overnight chickpeas
• 1 small finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chili
• 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala powder
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 cup blanched, grated broccoli
• 3 pinches salt
• 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 bunch coriander leaves
• 1 cup water

For The Main Dish

• 1 cup Refined oil

Prepare:

Step 1
Cook the chickpeas until they're soft and simply yield once ironed with fingers. Run them in a very mixer until it forms a rough paste.

Step 2
Blanch broccoli florets by boiling them in ample water for a few time, then drain the water and transfer in cold water to retain their color.

Step 3
Grate the broccoli employing a kitchen utensil and blend it with the chickpea paste.

Step 4
To this mixture, add the sliced onions, salt, coriander powder, chaat masala, sliced inexperienced chilies, contemporary coriander, juice.

Step 5
Mix it thoroughly, shape them into a small oval or round patties.

Step 6
Shallow fry in a non-stick tawa till they get a golden brown color.

Step 7
Serve hot with green chutney!
