Chicken + prawn meat ball (bakso ayam+udang)

Hai steemian, saya mempunyai seorang anak laki laki yang berusia 2 tahun. Dia mempunyai kebiasaan susah untuk makan apalagi makanan kering misal nasi dan ikan goreng saja. Dia lebih suka makanan yang berkuah seperti sop ayam, sop sapi dan hari ini saya mencoba membuat bakso ayam ditambahkan sedikit udang.
Mari saya kasih tahu kalian resep dan cara membuatnya.

Bahan:
350 gr daging ayam giling
150 gr daging udang giling
2 siung bawang putih giling
1 sendok makan bawang goreng giling
1 sendok makan kecap asin ikan
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica
2 butir telur ayam
3-4 sendok makan tepung kanji cap tani
1 sendok makan minyak wijen
1/2 bagian wortel di rebus dan dipotong dadu kecil

Cara membuat:

  1. panaskan 3/4 panci air sampai mendidih.
  2. campurkan semua bahan dan remas, diamkan 5 menit.
  3. bentuk bulat pakai jari telunjuk dan jempol dengan cara tangan menggengam.
  4. potong menggunakan sendok yang sudah dibasahi, langsung masukkan ke dalam air mendidih tadi.
  5. beri merica, garam, totole (perasa jamur), dan potongan daun seledri.
  6. tunggu sampai bakso mengambang dan biarkan selama 10 menit lagi. Tes rasa.
  7. bakso siap dihidangkan.
