  • Cream cheese 100g
  • White chocolate 120g
  • milk 50cc
  • butter 100g
  • egg Three

Preparation


Cover the pound cake with parchment paper.

  1. Put the cream cheese in a heat-resistant tub, microwave it for 30-40 seconds at 600 degrees Fahrenheit, then remove it and whip it with a whipper to make it fluffy.

  2. Put milk, butter, and white chocolate separated by hand in another heat-resistant tub, lentin at 600w for around 1 minute and 30 seconds, take it out, and blend until all the chocolate is melted.

  3. Mix well with a whipper after adding to in multiple batches.

Mix in the eggs thoroughly.

  1. Pour into a mould, then bake for about 40 minutes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven.

  2. When it's done baking, let it cool completely before refrigerating it.
