Today I want to share my grandmas recipe how to make a Latvian traditional sweet snack - Chocolate rolls :)

Lets get to it!

You will need:

• 650g classic tea biscuits
• 200g butter
• cacao powder
• 400g condensed milk
• some jelly candy
  a pot, bowl and plastic wrap
  

1. break those cookies into small pieces
   
2. cut up the jelly into same size pieces
   
3. add them together and mix
   
4. now melt the butter on a small flame
   
5. then add the condensed milk and stir
   
6. Now add 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and mix so it doesn't stick to the sides
   
7. When it is all dissolved it's time to take that chocolaty goodness and add it to the bowl of cookies! And mix until they are all covered
   

8. Crucial part - do not let your girlfriend near the batter or you will be left with nothing to finish the dish :)

9.Once you are out of strength from mixing, split it up in medium sized portions and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Then just leave it overnight in the fridge and you are good to go!
