Last year I went back home in Thailand...I had that's BBQ also... I bought the vegetable and meats and BBQ at home....I had big family it's cost a lot of money to go out for dinner.

Apart from Cost difference between preparing it yourself and buying the prepared one, preparing it at home would be more healthy than buying it also. You would be able to monitor it probably.

Why don't you take pictures after it done. It would have more delicious to see. Which herbs you use here, I love black pepper and salt in my BBQ. More spice may lost it's original test. What you think about it?
