Eat these foods to keep diabetes under control

  1. Barley-Oats, Brown Rice and Mileate, Barlow diabetes can do very well to prevent it. Barley keeps blood sugar levels right

  2. Almond-nut contains lots of unsaturated fat, protein, vitamins and minerals. That helps keep cholesterol levels correct, reduce inflammation and tolerate insulin. So keep blood sugar intact at least 50 grams of nuts every day.

  3. Fatty foods- Many people do not like the use of fenugreek seeds. But the quality of the fenugreek is very much. One tablespoon of fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder and ammunition powder mixed with warm water, blood sugar levels are controlled by playing 3 times a day.

  4. Protein-rich foods- eggs, fish, meat or dyes, soybean, peanut, paneer have plenty of protein. Which helps control blood sugar levels.
