Hola compañeros esta vez os traigo uno de los dulces mas buenos de mi ciudad Huesca, se llaman Castañas de Mazapán
Se prepara con almendra de la mejor calidad, y doble al azúcar que se emplee, y se muele.
A base de azúcar y agua, que hierven y se mezcla con la almendra molida.
Cuando la masa se enfria se hacen bolitas con forma de castaña y se bañan en una mezcla de colorante con azúcar.
