I am addicted to cooking with my infrared halogen oven. They are offered in many styles and are sold as oil-less fryers.
Tonight’s supper is chicken thighs with sweet chili sauce. I frequently use BBQ sauce rather than chili sauce.
The process is simple. Wash and season the chicken. I usually use seasoned salt. Place the chicken in a shallow baking pan and put it in your cooler. Set the temperature to a slow oven (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and cook the thighs for 40 minutes. I add the sauce when ten minutes remains.
The great thing about this ovens cooking style is the crunchy outer skin which is similar to a grill but the interior is moist and juicy like an oven. This appliance does not heat the room, so it is very functional in the summer.

I never heard of this before and look them up on the internet. They look interesting and the no heat in summer is good. Have a nice day and thanks for this information.
