Swordfish

My first taste of swordfish was in Istanbul Turkey. The year was 1958. 835E2452-AFAD-4A58-B10F-75A28F7E9027.jpeg

My dad had been assigned to work with the Turkish government in support of their airport communications systems. My mom, my brother and I went along as tourists.

On the trip I discovered two lifelong favorites: Crusty bread and swordfish.
